GENERAL NEWS

Some of our new items include American Girl books on Addy, Kit, and Samantha. We have  new books by Karen Kingsbury and Francine Rivers.  We should soon have out new  fiction and non-fiction  adult and children's DVDs.  We now have a dozen or so large print books for our patrons to enjoy.  These books are on the specially labeled "Large Print Books" shelf near the Circulation Desk.

Many people don't realize all the great adult non-fiction books located in the smaller Library room.  We have everything from autobiographies, devotional materials, Biblical commentaries, gardening, crafts, pets, and humor books among other subjects.

SUMMER LIBRARY  HOURS   ( Sometimes our volunteers aren't able to come in, so please call the church at 828-693-3493 to be sure someone is here to help you).

Hours:		Monday		9 - 12
		Tuesday		Closed
		Wednesday		9 - 12 5:15 - 6:15 pm (Sept - May)
		Thursday		9 - 12
		Friday		Closed
		Saturday		Closed
		Sunday		9:15 - 9:45 and 10:45 - 11:15

 LOAN PERIODS:

Books, videos, cds, and audio recordings are four weeks; DVDs are two weeks.

 We also welcome and need new volunteers!  There are many ways to serve in the library, from checking for overdue books, straightening shelves, manning the check-out desk, reading to preschoolers, etc.  You can help out as many or as few hours as you wish~we aim to please!  Contact me at church or by e-mail at library@fbchnc.org.
