The BIG3 are the three commitments each and every Worship Ministry participant makes as they serve, no matter the area.

No matter where you serve in the FBC Worship Ministry, attitude makes or breaks us. Having a God honoring, joyous and praise filled attitude in rehearsal and on Sundays is essential in leading His people in worship.

Knowing your stuff means just that. With the honor of leading in worship comes the responsibility of being prepared. Without adequate rehearsal time, outside preparation and a week-in, week-out commitment, we will be under prepared to give our best to the Lord and His church.

When you join the Worship Ministry, you have no stunt double or clone. You will be counted on to show up to rehearsals, services and special events.
