Practices Begin: Monday, December 5, 2011
First Game: Saturday, January 7, 2012
Awards Celebration: Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 6:30pm

The form and registration fee may be mailed to the church, or dropped off at the Welcome Center anytime from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
